I stayed for two nights in a single room and found the location very convenient, close to several restaurants and a pub. The room was warm and spacious. I noticed some noise from the nearby main road and found hair in the shower .

Straightforward hotel with reasonable location right next to a bus stop in the Shepherds Bush district. The rooms with good WiFi, the kettle plus lovely shower. Welcoming, courteous people working here. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location just off several Bus stops and Loftus Road stadium. Great overall experience.

It was just a strong match for a swift stopover in London with decent value for money. The bed was comfy, which helped after a long day exploring. Make sure to check in at the right time to avoid waiting around.

Staff friendly, clean !
Location too far out it took me over 30 mins to walk from shepherd bush tube station. When I went to pay on debit card they wanted 5% on top which is ridiculous!

comfy spot with a few quirks
We stayed in a twin room for a night. The staff were super nice and helped out with anything we needed. Our room was clean and had decent coffee options, a nice touch. Just a heads up, there were some noises from outside that kept us up a bit. Walked to Shepherds Bush in 15 mins for some good food!

It was quiet and the small ensuite room adequate for a one night stay. There was no table to place a lap top. Breakfast was not available at the hotel and wi-fi was not included in the price. The cost of room by London standards was reasonable at the rate i paid. The hotel was next to a major bus route and relatively close to central London.

The room size was a major drawback. It felt cramped and difficult to navigate, particularly due to the low ceilings of the loft-style room. The shower took forever to warm up, and you could expect a trickle of water at best. The lack of breakfast and the distance from the tube station meant planning your outings was less convenient than desirable.

I switched rooms on the first night because the shower in the first room was very bad. Weak and the water was too hot, then too cold. The kettle was disgusting, was not cleaned out and had traces of orange stuff in it, old vegetable soup but smelt like vomit. I notified the staff about it and was accused of 'making the kettle dirty', I was livit at the point but very calmly demanded to switch rooms. They did so for me in the morning. The second room was a little bit better, it was bigger and the bed was bigger, but the shower was still bad. It was attached to the ceiling and was weak and not adjustable. The water was at least hot enough for a shower at its 'hottest' setting. I did not touch the tea or coffee, nor did I drink the orange juice provided. They did not vacumm the room. They did NOT give me clean towels for my shower (luckily I always bring my own). They did NOT clean the toilet, bathroom area, nor did they clean the sink. I'm not a fussy person, I've lived in hostels and backpacked around Asia before so trust me when I say I'm ok with difficulty conditions, but this is just a straight up rip off.
